Where do you ship your products?
At this time, we're only able to ship to customers within South Africa. However, we hope to offer Gloei products internationally in the future and will keep our community updated!
How much does shipping cost?
Our nationwide flat shipping rate is R80. All orders over R600 ship free!
How long will my order take to ship?
There is a 1-2 business day processing window for all orders. Once processed, your order will ship with standard shipping (1-5 business days). Cape Town orders are usually delivered next-day. Please note we only ship on weekdays.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We generally only offer standard shipping. If you need your product urgently, please email gloei@gloei.beauty before you place your order and we can chat through your options!
How can I check the status of my order?
We send a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships, so you can follow the delivery right to your doorstep! Please keep in mind tracking can take 24-48 hours to update. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please reach out to us at gloei@gloei.beauty.
I want to cancel or edit my order.
Due to the processing time of orders, we cannot guarantee an order can be edited once placed. Email gloei@gloei.beauty and we’ll do our best!

My order was damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! Some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control and issues like this can happen. Please reach out to gloei@gloei.beauty with a photo of the broken/damaged item and your shipping address and we can process a replacement order for you.
