Refund policy

Do you accept returns? Do you offer exchanges? Can I get a refund?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. However, we want you to be happy with your products! If you did not totally love what you ordered, email us at gloei@gloei.beauty and let us know what the issue was within 14 days of purchasing. We'll do our best to make it right.

My order was damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! While we take the utmost care with packing, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control and issues like this can happen. Please reach out to gloei@gloei.beauty with a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) along with your order number and we can process a replacement order for you.

Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. We may take up to 1 business day to respond.
